Atrio Burbank Apartments FAQ

What is your pet policy?

We are more than just a place to live, we are a community that welcomes pets! At our beautiful property, we understand that pets are a huge part of our residents’ lives. That’s why we strive to be as accommodating as possible when it comes to furry friends. To ensure that every pet feels comfortable, we do require a $500 pet deposit and a $50 monthly pet rent, with a two pet per household maximum. However, we assure you that the spacious units and beautiful outdoor areas are well worth it. We do have breed restrictions in place to ensure that every pet, as well as every resident, feels happy. Rest assured, we prioritize the well-being of all pets and work tirelessly to provide a comfortable space where everyone can thrive.

Can I have shelves, curtains, posters, etc?

When it comes to making your living space feel like a home, you may want to add personal touches like shelves, curtains, posters, and other decorations. While you are free to add these items to your apartment, it is important to keep in mind that any damage caused by putting up or removing them may result in additional charges at move-out. So, be mindful about how you install your decorations and make sure you use appropriate methods that won’t damage the walls or cause any undue wear and tear. By doing so, you can create a space that reflects your personality while also ensuring you don’t have to pay extra fees when it’s time to move on to your next home.

So, before you take on this exciting project, make sure you have the time, resources, and patience to complete the job properly. With a little bit of planning and effort, you can transform your home into a personalized sanctuary that reflects who you are.

What does the application and leasing process look like?

The application and leasing process may seem daunting, but it doesn’t have to be. At Atrio Burbank, we streamlined the process by allowing applicants to complete applications online. Once you’ve submitted your application, you’ll likely be screened for credit, rental, and criminal history. These factors can determine whether you qualify to rent the property. Additionally, your income will likely be checked to ensure that it’s at least three times the monthly rent amount. If your application is approved, your documents will be verified by a third-party company like Two-Dots. So, if you’re thinking about applying with our community, don’t let the process intimidate you!
